Two 1990s Steve Hackett albums set to make vinyl debut June 2nd 2023

With the resurgence of interest in the good old LP showing no signs of slowing down, it’s great to see albums from the 1990s getting the reissue treatment or being released on the format for the very first time. Those of us of a certain age can remember when you might have liked to buy an LP but a CD or even the dreaded cassette tape was your only option. Steve Hackett will see two of his 1990s solo albums make the leap to vinyl for the first time on June 2nd with newly remastered, gatefold sleeve 180g 2LP releases of ‘Darktown’ and ‘Guitar Noir’

Steve Hackett - 'The Night Siren' due March 24th + tour dates

Steve Hackett will release his new album ' The Night Siren' via InsideOut Music (Sony) on March 24th. This new album from the ex Genesis guitarist is a celebration of multicultural diversity and unity which is to be applauded in these dark times. Following the release of the album Steve will embark on a 15 night UK tour under the Genesis Revisited with Classic Hackett banner. Ray Wilson - Makes Me Think Of Home due October 7th

Never one to let the grass grow under his feet Ray Wilson will release his second album of 2016 on October 7th. The new album follows the acoustic set 'Song For A Friend' which garnered some of the very best reviews of his career on release. Stiltskin and Genesis may have bought Ray to the attention of the public but a relentless touring schedule and his abilities as a singer-songwriter are now reaping their rewards some 15 years into his solo career.
