Eclipse announce UK tour dates with newcomers One Desire opening

Swedish melodic hard rock act Eclipse will visit the UK in April for a short tour. The band will be joined by Finnish newcomers One Desire for a night of essential melodic rock. Both acts have new albums set for release on 24th March via Frontiers. More about both acts, those tour dates and a video or two follows:

The Swedish hard rock band Eclipse have announced a European tour for the spring of 2017, including 5 UK shows. They will be promoting a new album, ‘Monumentum’, which is released by Frontiers on 24th March. A single from the record, ‘Never Look Back’, is available now.

In the two years since the release of their last album, ‘Armageddonize’, the Swedish act Eclipse have established themselves as rising stars in Europe, North America, Japan and Australia. With their forthcoming new record, ‘Monumentum’, the musical ability and maturity of main songwriters Erik Mårtensson and Magnus Henriksson plus bandmates Philip Crusner (drums) and Magnus Ulfstedt (bass) is truly on display for the world to hear. Fans of the band will certainly not be disappointed, while newcomers can look forward to eleven slices of superlative melodic hard rock.

One Desire will support on all dates. The highly rated Finns are a new signing to Frontiers and will release their self-titled debut album on 24th March. Two singles are already available in ’Hurt’ and ‘Whenever I’m Dreaming’.

One of the most stunning newcomers in the Melodic Rock scene, this dynamic quartet hail from Finland and feature former Sturm Und Drang singer André Linman, guitarist/producer Jimmy Westerlund, drummer Ossi Sivula and bassist Jonas Kuhlberg. ‘Hurt’ is taken from their self-titled debut album and is a must have for fans of the likes of H.E.A.T. and Brother Firetribe, as well as classic acts such as Def Leppard and Journey. Yes, they are THAT good!
