The Once will be bringing their trademark harmonies to the UK in early 2019 for a welcome string of UK dates. The Newfoundland based trio are touring in support of their recent ‘Time Enough’ album. Canadian act The Sheepdogs will be visiting the UK in late October for a run of dates before that hit the European mainland. The rescheduled dates are in support of their recent ‘Changing Colours’ release and include London’s Borderline on November 5th. The quadruple Juno Award winning act have been compared to The Band, The Allman Brothers Band and The Flying Burrito Brothers, which gives you a good idea of where they’re at musically and ‘Changing Colours’ lives up to those comparisons. BluesFest 2018 at The O2 this October was already looking pretty impressive with the likes of John Fogerty, Steve Miller Band, Robert Plant, Robert Cray and Van Morrison already on the bill. The promoters have now added more impressive names with the always excellent Zac Brown Band bringing their individual brand of Southern/Country/Jam rock to the O2 with special guest Beth Hart. The Long Road Festival, which is set for 7th-9th September 2018 in Leicestershire, has announced additional names for the, highly anticipated, inaugural event. Ward Thomas, Luke Winslow-King and Charlie Worsham are among the acts added to an already impressive line-up that features Lee Ann Womack, The Shires, The Wandering Hearts and Billy Bragg. Canada's The Deep Dark Woods will return to the UK for their first shows in four years in May 2018 in support of their recent 'Yarrow' album which was released on the Six Shooter label. The shows will include a London date at Bush Hall and two nights at the Kilkenny Roots Festival. The Deep Dark Woods will be joined on the tour by fellow Canadians Kacy & Clayton who will also be promoting a new record 'The Siren's Song'. Western Centuries will visit the UK for the first time starting April 19th 2017 for a tour that stretches into May. The US act will be supporting their acclaimed 'Weight of the World' album which was praised by Jim Lauderdale amongst others. Canadian singer-songwriter Leeroy Stagger will return to the UK for a short tour in May 2016. Stagger is no stranger to the UK as this is his sixth time on our shores. This latest tour is in support of his 10th studio album 'Dream It All Away' which was released last year in Europe on the respected Blue Rose label.
