Legendary US act Kansas will release their first new studio album in 16 years on September 23rd via Inside Out Music. They may have been away from the studio for many years but longtime fans are in for a treat. The full press release and 'With This Heart' follows.

The single is stunning (the vocal work on the chorus is lovely) and bodes well for his new EP 'Open Hands And Enemies' which will follow on September 14th.
