Kansas to release The Prelude Implicit September 23rd 2016

Dan Owen - Made To Love You August 12th

This Friday (August 12th) will see the release of the new single from Shrewsbury singer-songwriter Dan Owen entitled 'Made To Love You'. The single is stunning (the vocal work on the chorus is lovely) and bodes well for his new EP 'Open Hands And Enemies' which will follow on September 14th. Trees Of Eternity will mark The Hour Of The Nightingale November 11th

Atmospheric doom-metal act Trees Of Eternity have released a video for 'Broken Mirror' from their upcoming 'Hour Of The Nightingale' album due November 11th on Svart (home of RGM fave Mikko Joensuu). The track features South African born singer Aleah Stanbridge who sadly passed away earlier this year. Something a little different here at Red Guitar Music but very much worthy of your time.

Ian Hunter has his 'Fingers Crossed' for September 16th

Banditos will put a spell on you July 8th 2016

Bloodshot Records artist Banditos will release a new 7" single on July 8th that will feature a new track 'Fun All Night' coupled with their fantastic cover of the Screamin' Jay Hawkins tune 'I Put A Spell On You'. It must be said vocalist Mary Beth Richardson owns the tune and it's an essential take on a classic. The vinyl is a limited edition of 1000.

Shovels & Rope plant Little Seeds with New West

Ruth Theodore new single and London date

Ruth Theodore will celebrate the release of ‘You Can’t Help Who You Love’ with a launch show for the single at The Green Note, Camden on June 8th. The single will be officially released June 10th on the Aveline label and is the first track from her new album ‘Cactacus’ which is due September 2016. Ruth recorded the album in Oregon, USA with producer Todd Sickafoose best known for his work with Anais Mitchell and Ani Difranco.
